Rachel is a Senior Speech Therapist. Rachel attained a Bachelor of Speech Pathology with First Class Honors (Class I) from The University of Queensland, Australia.
In clinical practice since 2013, Rachel has spent many years working in an acute hospital, specializing in the assessment and intervention of communication, stuttering, voice and swallowing disorders in the adult population. Rachel then moved to a community hospital, where she led a team of Speech Therapists. Rachel spearheaded new services in the community hospital, such as group therapy in swallowing and speech rehabilitation. Rachel has served as a Clinical Educator to speech pathology students and junior staff. Rachel also conducted numerous training sessions for healthcare professionals, community partners and teachers.
In Australia, Rachel gained experience working with children with speech and language delays, including those with hearing impairment. Rachel also provided early intervention in a mental health setting.
As a mother to two young children, Rachel strives to empower other parents with appropriate knowledge and skills to create a supportive environment where the young ones can bloom. Rachel believes in maximizing the potential and function of her clients, to achieve fulfilling and meaningful lives.
Outside of work, Rachel is an active member of her church and enjoys travelling and spending time outdoors with her family. Rachel is fully-registered with the Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC) in Singapore and a member of Speech and Language Therapy Singapore (SALTS).

Yvonne is a Senior Speech Therapist with a Master of Science in Speech and Language Pathology from the National University of Singapore. In clinical practice since 2015, she has dedicated her career to helping individuals overcome challenges in speech, language, and communication.
Yvonne’s extensive background includes working in diverse settings such as preschools, special education schools, private intervention centers, and dental clinics. Yvonne's compassionate approach and expertise allow her to connect with clients of all ages, from young children to seniors, addressing both mild and complex needs with skill and empathy.
Yvonne’s commitment to her field is reflected in her numerous certifications and training. Yvonne holds certifications in the Nuffield Centre Dyspraxia Programme, Oral Placement Therapy, Autism, PECS® (Level 1), and Hanen® (More Than Words). Additionally, she has pursued advanced training in various therapeutic approaches, including PROMPT®, TalkTools®, and oral facial myofunctional therapy (OMFT).
Passionate about collaborative care, Yvonne frequently works alongside a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and educators, to provide holistic and effective support. Her dedication to continuous learning ensures she stays at the forefront of her field, always striving to offer the best possible care tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Oral motor therapy is a particular focus for Yvonne. She has seen the remarkable progress it can bring to those with motor planning difficulties and is enthusiastic about exploring its benefits further. Her interest in oral facial myology led her to pursue advanced training in oral facial myofunctional therapy (OMFT), which focuses on restoring a healthy balance between the jaw, lips, tongue, and teeth.
Yvonne’s expertise includes a range of therapeutic approaches such as the Nuffield Dyspraxia Program, PROMPT, Oral Motor Therapy by TalkTools®, and Hanen® More Than Words, all tailored to meet the unique needs of the clients.
Outside of her professional work, Yvonne enjoys spending time with her cat, participating in dance classes, and playing musical instruments like the keyboard and guzheng. Her warm, caring nature shines through in all aspects of her life, reflecting her genuine commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of those she serves. Yvonne is conversant in English and Mandarin. Yvonne holds membership with Speech and Language Therapy Singapore (SALTS) and the International Association of Orofacial Myology (IAOM).

LEE JIA LING

Jialing is a Senior Speech Therapist. Jialing attained a Master of Speech Pathology from Curtin University, Australia and is a recipient of the MOHH Healthcare graduate scholarship.
Jia Ling has a broad spectrum of acute and community hospital experience backed by rigorous training and rich clinical knowledge. Jia Ling has extensive experience working with adults with swallowing and communication difficulties such as aphasia, apraxia of speech, dysarthria, and cognitive communication. Jia Ling is also skilled in providing assessments, intervention, management and caregiver training.
Jia Ling’s keen interest in the paediatric population led her to work with children with special needs in a private paediatric clinic, an early intervention centre and a special needs pre-school.
Jia Ling strives to create a positive and enjoyable therapy experience for children while building strong relationships with their families. Jia Ling’s heart-warming personality and a genuine desire to see every individual improve shines through her work and patients under her care. Jia Ling speaks and writes fluent English and Chinese, she is also conversant in Hokkien and Cantonese.
Jialing has served as a clinical educator, guiding speech and language therapy students from NUS and SIT, and has provided supervision to junior staff. Outside of work, she enjoys outdoors activities such as scuba diving and hiking. Jialing also actively participates in her church communities.

Dr. LISA LIM SU LI

Dr Lim received her doctorate from the University of Sydney and completed her undergraduate training in Speech Pathology.
Dr Lim’s professional experience over 17 years includes work in acute and rehabilitation hospitals and special schools, both in Australia and Singapore. Dr Lim’s interesting blend of complex cases has enabled her to perceptively assess and treat children, adolescents, and adults with stuttering, speech, and language delays, as well as feeding and swallowing disorders.
Dr Lim is trained in PROMPT, Level 1 and Level 2 oral motor therapy by TalkTools® , Hanen ® It Takes Two To Talk and More Than Words, the Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Feeding Approach, Feeding Therapy: A Sensory-Motor Approach ™ and the Lidcombe Program to effectively evaluate and manage children with stuttering, sensory disorders, feeding problems, as well as children suspected or diagnosed with dyspraxia or an autism spectrum disorder.
Dr Lim has also received training in Voice Craft ® and Estill Voice Training® Level 1 (Figures for Voice) and Level 2 (Figure Combinations for 6 Voice Qualities). As a musician herself, she understands the intimate needs of the vocalist and why proper voice care is essential to prevent vocal disorders.
Dr Lim is a strong proponent for multidisciplinary work and in 2008, she received the Gold Award at the Singhealth Allied Health Innovative Practice Award in collaboration with dieticians at Changi General Hospital to improve the oral intake of malnourished patients with swallowing difficulties. Her elevated clinical competence through continuing professional education has helped improve the communication skills and quality of life for many clients. Motivated by her special commitment and interest in literacy skills in the Down syndrome population, Dr Lim decided to pursue higher research by embarking on a PhD. Dr Lim presented a research study investigating predictors of reading comprehension in Down syndrome at the 8th Asia Pacific Conference on Speech, Language and Hearing in Christchurch, NZ, 2011.
Dr Lim’s practice philosophy is to help her clients achieve their fullest potential in their communication milestones or voice skills with delight and ease.
Dr Lim also holds membership with the Speech Language and Hearing Association (Singapore), Speech Pathology Australia since 2004, and is a Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist.
Apart from work, Dr Lim enjoys playing the keyboard for church and spending quality time with her family.
